I don’t remember where I heard that, but it’s true. I know just enough about computers to make them do some neat things sometimes and then HOLY SHIT, why is there smoke coming from the hard-drive? That’s the tough part for me. Getting the smoke to stop billowing out of the damn thing. Give me a bicycle. If it’s acting weird, I can fix it. It might cost you quite a bit of money, but I can figure it out. Even if you or I don’t have all the right parts, I bet I can make it work long enough to get you home without breaking anything any further.

Not so much with the computer.

In the last iteration of the site, I had it so that the image in the header would change at random. For some reason I can’t get that same feature to work with the site’s current theme. The thing is, I know that I’ll come back and investigate in a week or so, and it will appear to me as obvious how to do it. Right now though, all the pages of PHP, HTML and CSS appear as complete gibberish to me. Which in itself is weird, because if you know me, you’ll know that I’m fluent in Gibberish.

In a recent post, a friend by the nom de plume of Mudbutt posted a comment. Mudbutt sometimes has ideas that he shares with us from time to time. Some are better than others, but they’re all funny as shit. So, I bought a bass recently and Mudbutt said that I have to wear a beret every time I play it. Hmmmm, sounds good. I even own a beret. And then I thought that since I have, in addition to the beret, another piece of questionable headgear, I might as well wear that when I play my guitar. So now I wear my beret when I play bass, and I wear my ghutra when I play the guitar. Just thought you should know that…
